Macjoy has built a new intelligent curtain wall plant in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, which was completed and put into operation in September 2019. The factory is located in Jinxi Town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, with convenient transportation. It is only 5km away from the nearest entrance of S58 Huchang expressway. The total construction area of the factory is about 16000 square meters, with three CNC machining centers, a CNC automatic unitized panel assembly line and a manual unitized panel assembly line. Produciton capecity is 8T/day for processing of aluminum profiles, 100000m2/year for unitized curtain wall, and 200000m2 for stick-type curtain wall and doors & windows.
